2015年12月公司完成股份制改制，由渤化集團所屬海晶集團和渤化資產共同出資成立，注冊資本金人民幣5743萬元。公司擁有較強的自主研發(fā)和成果轉化能力，擁有授權*48項，并于2020被認定為*級高新技術企業(yè)，連續(xù)兩年入選*科技型中小企業(yè)庫，連續(xù)多年被天津藥監(jiān)局授予“放心藥廠”稱號。公司于2021年榮獲天津市“綠色工廠”榮譽；2021年11 月入選國企改革“雙百行動”。2022年榮獲第七屆天津濱海新區(qū)質量獎
